In addition to contacting ProDesk or hc-techlearn@haverford.edu, any Haverford Qualtics user is eligible for support directly from Qualtrics. If you wish to contact Qualtrics tech support directly, use the process outlined below:
- Log into your qualtrics.com account.
- Click on help “(?)” in the upper right corner.
- You’ll get a popup window. Select the option to contact support.
- You’ll see a login screen. Sign in with SSO.
- Enter the organizational id “haverford” and Continue.
- Sign in to your HC account, as usual.
- You’ll now see an option for contacting the Qualtrics support team. Select “I have a different support request“
